I am a Ghana-born, Utrecht-based operations professional with a rare blend: financial rigour from e-banking, people leadership from managing 21+ clinic branches, and entrepreneurial drive from building AI-powered products. I hold an MBA in International Business and Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences (February 2026).

At Picnic Fulfilment B.V. I supervise shift operations at a high-volume automated fulfilment centre, leading and coaching frontline teams, planning shift labour of 1,100-1,350 hours, and driving safety, productivity, order completeness and on-time dispatch. Day to day it is people management: setting direction, keeping teams engaged, handling performance and absence, and acting as the link between leadership and the floor.

I am also the project lead for Too Good To Go (TGTG) at the site. My main task is managing the available hours to reach our target of 160 bags per day, saving surplus food from waste, without sacrificing the hours needed for the main process. It is a social sustainability cause I care about, and one that has run through my career, from refugee health screening to remittances for low-income families.

Beyond work, I vibe code and use AI tools to design, prototype and deploy business products, compressing months of development into days. I am motivated by societal impact and leaving things better than I found them.
